Counselling Self-Efficacy, Trait Anxiety and Cognitive Flexibility and School Counsellor Job Satisfaction

The purpose of this study was to see how counselling self-efficacy, anxiety characteristics, and cognitive flexibility influenced school counsellor job satisfaction. survey included 70 counsellors from Pedaling Utama District. Minnesota Satisfaction Questionnaire (MSQ), Cognitive Flexibility Inventory (CFI), Generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale (GAD-7) Counselling Self-Efficacy Scales were employed in as test instruments (CSES). tools used self-efficacy scales All these have been certified for their reliability the past. results show that all variables Self -Efficacy, Job School Counsellors respondents are at a high level. While Trait low hypotheses well answered. relationship correlation among self -efficacy satisfaction (r = .386) while value (p <0.05). result between traits -.257) .414 p factors most influence satisfaction, findings only Cognitive-flexibility major indicator (β .363, <.001). analyzed evaluated light pertinent literature.
